The Most Beautiful Heart Story

One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley.

A large crowd gathered and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a mark or a flaw in it. Yes, they all agreed. It truly was the most beautiful heart they had ever seen. The young man was very proud and boasted more loudly about his beautiful heart.

Suddenly, an old man appeared at the front of the crowd and said, “Why, your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine.” The crowd and the young man looked at the old man’s heart. It was beating strongly, but full of scars. It had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didn’t fit quite right and there were several jagged edges. In fact, in some places there were deep gouges where whole pieces were missing. The people stared. ¬ “How can he say his heart is more beautiful?”

The young man looked at the old man’s heart and saw its state and laughed. “You must be joking,” he said. “Compare your heart with mine, mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars and tears.”

“Yes,” said the old man, “Yours is perfect looking but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom I have given my love – I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart which fits into the empty place in my heart, but because the pieces aren’t exact, I have some rough edges, which I cherish, because they remind me of the love we shared.”

“Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart away, and the other person hasn’t returned a piece of his heart to me. These are the empty gouges – giving love is taking a chance. Although these gouges are painful, they stay open, reminding me of the love I have for these people too, and I hope someday they may return and fill the space I have waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is?”

The young man stood silently with tears running down his cheeks. He walked up to the old man, reached into his perfect, young and beautiful heart, and ripped a piece out. He offered it to the old man with trembling hands. The old man took his offering, placed it in his heart and then took a piece from his old scarred heart and placed it in the wound in the young man’s heart. It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges.

The young man looked at his heart, not perfect anymore but more beautiful than ever, since love from the old man’s heart flowed into his.

They embraced and walked away side by side.

Unending love

I seem to have loved you in numberless forms, numberless times…
In life after life, in age after age, forever.
My spellbound heart has made and remade the necklace of songs,
That you take as a gift, wear round your neck in your many forms,
In life after life, in age after age, forever.

Whenever I hear old chronicles of love, it’s age old pain,
It’s ancient tale of being apart or together.
As I stare on and on into the past, in the end you emerge,
Clad in the light of a pole-star, piercing the darkness of time.
You become an image of what is remembered forever.

You and I have floated here on the stream that brings from the fount.
At the heart of time, love of one for another.
We have played along side millions of lovers,
Shared in the same shy sweetness of meeting,
the distressful tears of farewell,
Old love but in shapes that renew and renew forever.

Today it is heaped at your feet, it has found its end in you
The love of all man’s days both past and forever:
Universal joy, universal sorrow, universal life.
The memories of all loves merging with this one love of ours -
And the songs of every poet past and forever.

"Cloud Nine"

Shadows on the water,
From a memory that turns inside,
From the last time I saw you happier,
Than I've seen you, than I've seen you in a long time.

And all these faces, oh how they adore you
With every blessing, every strength of the storm.
And it seems to me it all worked out so different
Funny how distance and time they don't change at all.

So may your worries, may your worries
Never fall too loud.
And may you stay here, may you stay here
Happy in your own skin,
On the ninth cloud.

Cold to every warning,
Oh these ships that passed through, years before
And bolder now, than a brand new morning,
With the sun on your face, the bruise and the breaks of these careless arms.

So hold your body, hold your body
Strong in these winds that blind
And may I find you, may we sit together when we're grey and old,
On cloud nine.

This life will move you with every step outside,
It's alright, it's alright
My arms are open wide for you
This life will move you as graceful as the tide
It's alright, it's alright
Loosen the fears that fears that bind you.
Loosen the fears that fears that bind you

"When you have come to the edge of all the light you have
And step into the darkness of the unknown
Believe that one of the two will happen to you
Either you'll find something solid to stand on
Or you'll be taught how to fly!”

"If you want to be an artist you go to an art supple house and get some ink and some paper and pens and a calligraphy brush and charcoal and aim at virtually whatever is in front of you. The subject matter is not that important. And then try and cheat and deceive and lie and exaggerate and most particularly distort as absolutely, as extremely as you can. And after some 6 months or a year or usually after a period of intense frustration you will see something that you truly have never seen before and that is the beginning of yourself. And that heralds the beginning of difficult pleasure."

Be Who You Are,The Best You Can Be

"Certainly you can inspire others with your words. Yet you can inspire other people even more with the way you live. By skilfully arguing and presenting your beliefs, you can convince others to consider adopting those beliefs. Yet you can express those beliefs even more convincingly by consistently applying them to your life. With what you say, you can get some attention. With what you do, again and again, you can build real and lasting credibility. If you wish to lift others up, the first step is to bring your own life to a higher level. Then you can bring along as many other people as you wish. It's not selfish to follow your own authentic dreams and to create a life for yourself that's the best you can imagine. For in doing so, you also create outstanding opportunities along the way to be of real, meaningful service to others. Your life has unique and immense value. Share that value far and wide by living your dreams and making your life a true inspiration" Unknown.

Fumbling for Matches in the Dark

“Because, that’s the thing about love, really. No one will love you how you want to be loved, they’ll love you in the only ways they know how. Life throws everyone down drastically different paths so how can we expect everyone to love in the same way? The person you’ll spend your lifetime with will love you in their way and you’ll love in yours, and maybe you’ll meet in the middle and it’ll last. None of us know what we’re doing, you see, we’re just fumbling for matches in the dark. If you’re lucky, you might eventually just strike the right one.”

A Note From The Universe...

Someone once said,
"No pain, no gain."
And so it became their reality.

Bummer, huh?

To the dearly departed

So you have passed from this world.

The world of sand between your toes and sunshine on your face.

The world of touch – of hugs and kisses, of holding hands and stroking hair.

The world of cherries and berries, and mangoes which drip down your face each time you bite in. This tactile, sensuous world you enjoyed with such appetite.

And yet, how does the proverb go? This too will pass.

And so your time has come. To pass through. To pass beyond.

What awaits you now, I cannot know. For this journey is yours and yours alone.

What I do know is this; I miss you. I miss your voice and your smile. I miss your eyes so kind. I miss your hugs and the times you told me you love me.

I do feel you around. Always I feel you. Your presence, your love, your protective energy.

And yet you are not here. In form. In this material world that seems so real, so solid, so distinct to me.

The sadness comes in noticing that absence.

It’s a sadness that extends beyond my own loss. It’s a sadness for others you’ve left behind. A sadness for the space you used to fill. And also, a sadness for you.

For if your death has taught me anything it is this; life is precious. Exquisite. Wondrous. More magical than Houdini, more joyous than the first bloom in Spring, more heart opening than holding a baby’s tiny hand on its first day on earth.

Your death reminds me that life is so big, so expansive, so extraordinary that we can’t take it all in.

It’s too much. And so we take it in bite size pieces.

You were one of my bite size pieces. You were life for me.

So I say thank you. Thank you for honouring us all with your life.

And thank you for honouring us with your death. For in death you teach us to savour every moment, to hug more, to smile more. To spend more time looking people in the eye and seeing them, really seeing them. You remind us that nothing is to be taken for granted, that everything is here for us to relish, to experience freshly with childlike wonder.

In reminding us of this, you do us great service. Your death becomes more than a transition, a passing beyond what is known. It becomes a contribution of immeasurable value.

You remind me to take each day more slowly. To stop rushing. To be still. To appreciate. To be grateful.

You remind us to honour every aspect of our own lives so that when we too pass, we might each say this; ‘I have lived with awareness, in the fullness of each moment, with a deep respect and gratitude for all that is.’

Namaste dear, dear departed.
“ I tore myself away from the safe comfort of certainties through my Love for Truth, and Truth rewarded me.”

"Let This Darkness Be a Bell Tower" by Rainer Maria Rilke

Quiet friend who has come so far,
feel how your breathing makes more space around you.
Let this darkness be a bell tower
and you the bell. As you ring,

what batters you becomes your strength.
Move back and forth into the change.
What is it like, such intensity of pain?
If the drink is bitter, turn yourself to wine.

In this uncontainable night,
be the mystery at the crossroads of your senses,
the meaning discovered there.

And if the world has ceased to hear you,
say to the silent earth: I flow.
To the rushing water, speak: I am.

The Four Agreements

“1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Don’t Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.

3. Don’t Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.” — Miguel Ruiz

“Most people have come to prefer certain of life’s experiences and deny and reject others, unaware of the value of the hidden things that may come wrapped in plain and even ugly paper. In avoiding all pain and seeking comfort at all costs, we may be left without intimacy or compassion; in rejecting change and risk we often cheat ourselves of the quest; in denying our suffering we may never know our strength or our greatness.”

Responsibility

It's 3:23 in the morning
and I'm awake
because my great great grandchildren
won't let me sleep
my great great grandchildren
ask me in dreams
what did you do while the planet was plundered?
what did you do when the earth was unravelling?

surely you did something
when the seasons started failing?

as the mammals, reptiles, birds were all dying?

did you fill the streets with protest
when democracy was stolen?

what did you do
once
you
knew?

Daily Law of Attraction Quotation

What true patience is, is knowing that you want it and knowing that it's coming and actually enjoying the unfolding along the way. Understand that you never get it done. So you might as well be patient. You never get it done, because every time you want and receive, you also receive a new perspective from which to want. Life is a constant unfolding of new desires and then a constant alignment to those desires.

There are no positives and there are no negatives.....for all is one.... when in full balance. Each is part of the whole. One does not exist without the other. Fear is the opposite of courage. Love is opposite of hate. One needs to choose how they wish to be, but also recognize and accept both sides of the coin and bring them to a balance.

Paulo Coelho

There was once a wave in the ocean, rolling along, enjoying the warmth of the sun and the swiftness of the breeze.
It smiled at everything around it as it made its way toward the shore.

But then, it suddenly noticed that the waves in front of it, one by one, were striking against the cliff face, being savagely broken to pieces.

‘Oh God!’ it cried. ‘My end will be just like theirs. Soon I, too, will crash and disappear!’

Just then another wave passing by saw the first wave’s panic and asked:
‘Why are you so anxious? Look how beautiful the weather is, see the sun, feel the breeze…’

The first wave replied:
‘Don’t you see? See how violently those waves before us strike against the cliff, look at the terrible way they disappear. We’ll soon become nothing just like them.’

‘Oh, but you don’t understand,’ the second wave said. ‘You’re not a wave. You’re a part of the ocean.’

Faith

In the middle of a storm, a pilgrim reaches an inn and the owner asks where he is going.

“I’m going to the mountains,” he answers.

“Forget it,” says the innkeeper, “it’s a risky climb, and the weather is awful.”

“But I’m going up,” answers the pilgrim.”It is my dream”.

“If my heart got there first, it will be easy to follow it with my body.”

More on Love

Love sometimes wants to do us a great favor: hold us upside down and shake all the nonsense out.

Your love
Should never be offered to the mouth of a stranger,
Only to someone who has the valor and daring
To cut pieces of their soul off with a knife
Then weave them into a blanket
To protect you.

Stay close to any sounds that make you glad you are alive.

Ever since happiness heard your name, it has been running through the streets trying to find you.
I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in the darkness, the astonishing light of your own being.

There are different wells within your heart.
Some fill with each good rain,
Others are far too deep for that

Fear is the cheapest room in the house. I would like to see you living in better conditions.

Even after all this time the sun never says to the Earth, “You owe me”

There is no pleasure without a tincture of bitterness.

Mary Oliver - The Journey

One day you finally knew
what you had to do, and began,
though the voices around you
kept shouting
their bad advice—
though the whole house
began to tremble
and you felt the old tug
at your ankles.
"Mend my life!"
each voice cried.
But you didn't stop.
You knew what you had to do,
though the wind pried
with its stiff fingers
at the very foundations,
though their melancholy
was terrible.
It was already late
enough, and a wild night,
and the road full of fallen
branches and stones.
But little by little,
as you left their voices behind,
the stars began to burn
through the sheets of clouds,
and there was a new voice
which you slowly
recognized as your own,
that kept you company
as you strode deeper and deeper
into the world,
determined to do
the only thing you could do—
determined to save
the only life you could save.

When an inner situation is not made conscious, it appears outside as fate. Carl Jung

Nothing is static. Everything’s a mirror.-Blog By Dakini Grace

At some point in the last year or two, I started paying close attention to the people who were showing up in my life. I realised that their presence wasn’t mere coincidence and that they weren’t showing up out of luck (good or bad). They were showing up because of me. Because of my thoughts and actions.

This is true for friends, romantic interests, colleagues, and neighbours. Our experience of others is always a reflection of our inner world.

This is why people can tell wildly different stories about the same person. So often we hear and tell these different stories, and yet we seem to have this notion that there is a ‘true’ version of each of us. We assume that our understanding of someone is an accurate reflection of who they ‘really’ are.

You know when people say ‘oh she just doesn’t see that about him’ or ‘I know you think they’re nice, but I’ve seen differently’. Well, guess what? You saw what you put out. There is no definitive person standing in front of you, with set personality traits and characteristics.

There is only a reflection of your perspective at a particular point in time. It’s a bit like the ocean. Initially, it looks constant and unchanging. But when you take the time to look more deeply you see that in fact, the ocean is always evolving and changing, that the currents are constantly shifting, the temperature rising and falling, and the water that makes up the ocean is ever moving.

People are like the ocean.

Ever changing and evolving….

“Some things you’re not letting happen right now because the timing isn’t perfect for you. Some you’re not letting happen because you are very aware of where you are. But all things, as they are happening, are happening in perfect order. And if you will relax and begin saying, ‘Everything in its perfect time. Everything is unfolding. And I’m enjoying where I am now, in relationship to where I’m going. Content where I am and eager for more,’ that is the perfect vibrational stance.” –Abraham

Let your Light Shine!

irish blessing

“May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day. May songbirds serenade you every step along the way. May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that's always blue. And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through.”
Admiration is the daughter of ignorance.

Everything is Waiting for You

Your great mistake is to act the drama
as if you were alone. As if life
were a progressive and cunning crime
with no witness to the tiny hidden
transgressions. To feel abandoned is to deny
the intimacy of your surroundings. Surely,
even you, at times, have felt the grand array;
the swelling presence, and the chorus, crowding
out your solo voice You must note
the way the soap dish enables you,
or the window latch grants you freedom.
Alertness is the hidden discipline of familiarity.
The stairs are your mentor of things
to come, the doors have always been there
to frighten you and invite you,
and the tiny speaker in the phone
is your dream-ladder to divinity.

Put down the weight of your aloneness and ease into
the conversation. The kettle is singing
even as it pours you a drink, the cooking pots
have left their arrogant aloofness and
seen the good in you at last. All the birds
and creatures of the world are unutterably
themselves. Everything is waiting for you.

Self Portrait

It doesn't interest me if there is one God
or many gods.
I want to know if you belong or feel
abandoned.
If you know despair or can see it in others.
I want to know
if you are prepared to live in the world
with its harsh need
to change you. If you can look back
with firm eyes
saying this is where I stand. I want to know
if you know
how to melt into that fierce heat of living
falling toward
the center of your longing. I want to know
if you are willing
to live, day by day, with the consequence of love
and the bitter
unwanted passion of your sure defeat.

I have heard, in that fierce embrace, even
the gods speak of God.

The Invitation

Oriah Mountain Dreamer
Canadian Teacher and Author

It doesn't interest me what you do for a living
I want to know what you ache for
and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart's longing.

It doesn't interest me how old you are
I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool
for love
for your dreams
for the adventure of being alive.

It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon...
I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow
if you have been opened by life's betrayals
or have become shrivelled and closed
from fear of further pain.

I want to know if you can sit with pain
mine or your own
without moving to hide it
or fade it
or fix it.

I want to know if you can be with joy
mine or your own
if you can dance with wildness
and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your
fingers and toes
without cautioning us to
be careful
be realistic
to remember the limitations of being human.

It doesn't interest me if the story you are telling me
is true.
I want to know if you can
disappoint another
to be true to yourself.
If you can bear the accusation of betrayal
and not betray your own soul.
If you can be faithless
and therefore trustworthy.

I want to know if you can see Beauty
even when it is not pretty
every day.
And if you can source your own life
from its presence.

I want to know if you can live with failure
yours and mine
and still stand on the edge of the lake
and shout to the silver of the full moon,
"Yes."

It doesn't interest me
to know where you live or how much money you have.
I want to know if you can get up
after a night of grief and despair
weary and bruised to the bone
and do what needs to be done
to feed the children.

It doesn't interest me who you know
or how you came to be here.
I want to know if you will stand
in the center of the fire
with me
and not shrink back.

It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom
you have studied.
I want to know what sustains you
from the inside
when all else falls away.

I want to know if you can be alone
with yourself
and if you truly like the company you keep
in the empty moments.

“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now and perhaps even without knowing it, you will live along some distant day into your answers.”

As once the winged energy of delight

As once the winged energy of delight
carried you over childhood's dark abysses,
now beyond your own life build the great
arch of unimagined bridges.

Wonders happen if we can succeed
in passing through the harshest danger;
but only in a bright and purely granted
achievement can we realize the wonder.

To work with Things in the indescribable
relationship is not too hard for us;
the pattern grows more intricate and subtle,
and being swept along is not enough.

Take your practiced powers and stretch them out
until they span the chasm between two
contradictions...For the god
wants to know himself in you.
If your daily life seems poor, do not blame it; blame yourself that you are not poet enough to call forth its riches; for the Creator, there is no poverty.

"Be excellent to each other."
"Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding." Khalil Gibran

The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the Mind of God
Let light stream forth into the minds of men
Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to Earth.

From the centre where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men-
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the centre which we call the race of men
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

Part 1: Let's Expose the Obvious Miracles

(excerpted from the revised and expanded edition of
Pronoia Is the Antidote for Paranoia)

Thousands of things go right for you every single day, beginning the moment you wake up. Through some magic you don't fully understand, you're still breathing and your heart is beating, even though you've been unconscious for many hours. The air is a mix of gases that's just right for your body's needs, as it was before you fell asleep.

You can see! Light of many colors floods into your eyes, registered by nerves that took God or evolution or some process millions of years to perfect. The interesting gift of these vivid hues is made possible by an unimaginably immense globe of fire, the sun, which continually detonates nuclear reactions in order to convert its own body into light and heat and energy for your personal use.

You can't live without the sun's inexhaustible flood of unconditional love. Every move you make depends on it. Luckily, it never fails you.

Did you know that your personal star is located at the precise distance from you to be of consummate service? If it were any closer, you'd fry, and if it were any farther away, you'd freeze. Is that just a happy accident? Or is it a sign of favor -- a big, broad hint, from a cosmic intelligence that adores you?

+

Of the many things that have gone right for you during your time on Earth, the most crucial was your birth. As you crossed over the threshold, trading the warm dark sanctuary for the bright noisy enigma, you didn't die! It was a difficult act of high magic that involved many people who worked very hard in your behalf. The skills they provided in helping you navigate your rite of passage were in turn made possible by previous generations of threshold-tenders who bequeathed their expertise.

Months before that initiation, a more secret miracle bloomed: Your life began as a single cell, spawned by the explosive fusion of two highly specialized bundles of chromosomes. How could that tiny package of raw material have possibly grown a brain and liver and heart and stomach over a period of a few months? What inscrutable genius guided and oversaw the emergence of your fully formed infant body, that virtuoso creation, from the slimmest of clues?

"Something unknown is doing we don't know what," said astrophysicist Arthur Eddington about the universe. And we are the beneficiaries.

P.S. You have continued to grow since your birth, with millions of new cells continually blooming to replace the old ones that are always dying. At this moment, you're host to about 50 trillion cells, and each of them is really a sentient being in its own right. They all act together as a community, implementing the monumental collaboration you call your body.

Relationships

"The truth is that love is always pouring forth upon us, but our belief that the purpose of relationships is to serve our needs as we define them often blocks reception. Asking, 'What am I getting here' is death to love..Asking, 'What lesson is there for me to receive here?', however, is a mystical key that unlocks your heart." (Marianne Williamson)

We often look at relationships as equations of responsibility, but they are many times teaching tools for our growth. When a particular relationship is painful or seems to have its constant strife, look at it for what it may be teaching you, rather than why you aren't getting a fair shake. Be grateful that you are being provided the opportunity for growth and self examination, with the relationship as a mirror that allow you to see yourself more clearly.

Paradox

"The most exquisite paradox… as soon as you give it all up, you can have it all. As long as you want power, you can't have it. The minute you don't want power, you'll have more than you ever dreamed possible."

Reality

"As long as you have certain desires about how it ought to be you can't see how it is."

Love

The most important aspect of love is not in giving or the receiving: it’s in the being. When I need love from others, or need to give love to others, I’m caught in an unstable situation. Being in love, rather than giving or taking love, is the only thing that provides stability. Being in love means seeing the Beloved all around me.

Chosen Path

If your dominant intent is to feel joy while you are doing the work, your triad of intentions—freedom, growth and joy—will come quickly and easily into alignment. See your “career” as one of creating a joyful life experience. You are not a creator of things or a regurgitator of what someone else has created or a gatherer of stuff. You are a creator, and the subject of your creation is your joyful life experience. That is your mission. That is your quest. That is why you are here.

My Greatest Advice to You

Is to pull your energy back into yourself
and vixenate
step back a bit
It’s a mirror effect
and look after you
reiterate your own self worth to yourself
and how precious your heart is
rather than freak
or reach out to grab him closer
let him go when he steps away
and love yourself
fill yourself up
be whole
if he is not the true man for you
he will stay away
if he is, he will come
rush not
take it easy
fear not
love the most
but base not your worth on him
i know it's hard
but you must learn this;

you must always keep him wondering
that is not ego
it is just a way for women to be...until the man commits
don't give it all over

until that man is willing to strip off pieces of his soul to make a coat for you

only then

Abundance

“You cannot receive vibrationally something that you are not a vibrational match to. And so, bless those who are finding abundance. And in your blessing of them and their abundance, you will become abundant, too. But in your cursing of their abundance, you hold yourself apart from it. It is a law – it is a powerful law. ”

“Not only does the thought you are choosing right now attract the next thought and the next . . . and so on—it also provides the basis of your alignment with your Inner Being. As you consistently and deliberately think and speak more of what you do want and less of what you do not want, you will find yourself more often in alignment with the pure, positive essence of your own Source; and under those conditions, your life will be extremely pleasing to you.”

Being with the Reality of it All

“Most people have come to prefer certain of life’s experiences and deny and reject others, unaware of the value of the hidden things that may come wrapped in plain and even ugly paper. In avoiding all pain and seeking comfort at all costs, we may be left without intimacy or compassion; in rejecting change and risk we often cheat ourselves of the quest; in denying our suffering we may never know our strength or our greatness.”

In the attitude of silence the soul finds the path in a clearer light, and what is elusive and deceptive resolves itself into crystal clearness. Our life is a long and arduous quest after Truth.

Its All about You!

The Egg

By: Andy Weir

You were on your way home when you died.

It was a car accident. Nothing particularly remarkable, but fatal nonetheless. You left behind a wife and two children. It was a painless death. The EMTs tried their best to save you, but to no avail. Your body was so utterly shattered you were better off, trust me.

And that’s when you met me.

“What… what happened?” You asked. “Where am I?”

“You died,” I said, matter-of-factly. No point in mincing words.

“There was a… a truck and it was skidding…”

“Yup,” I said.

“I… I died?”

“Yup. But don’t feel bad about it. Everyone dies,” I said.

You looked around. There was nothingness. Just you and me. “What is this place?” You asked. “Is this the afterlife?”

“More or less,” I said.

“Are you god?” You asked.

“Yup,” I replied. “I’m God.”

“My kids… my wife,” you said.

“What about them?”

“Will they be all right?”

“That’s what I like to see,” I said. “You just died and your main concern is for your family. That’s good stuff right there.”

You looked at me with fascination. To you, I didn’t look like God. I just looked like some man. Or possibly a woman. Some vague authority figure, maybe. More of a grammar school teacher than the almighty.

“Don’t worry,” I said. “They’ll be fine. Your kids will remember you as perfect in every way. They didn’t have time to grow contempt for you. Your wife will cry on the outside, but will be secretly relieved. To be fair, your marriage was falling apart. If it’s any consolation, she’ll feel very guilty for feeling relieved.”

“Oh,” you said. “So what happens now? Do I go to heaven or hell or something?”

“Neither,” I said. “You’ll be reincarnated.”

“Ah,” you said. “So the Hindus were right,”

“All religions are right in their own way,” I said. “Walk with me.”

You followed along as we strode through the void. “Where are we going?”

“Nowhere in particular,” I said. “It’s just nice to walk while we talk.”

“So what’s the point, then?” You asked. “When I get reborn, I’ll just be a blank slate, right? A baby. So all my experiences and everything I did in this life won’t matter.”

“Not so!” I said. “You have within you all the knowledge and experiences of all your past lives. You just don’t remember them right now.”

I stopped walking and took you by the shoulders. “Your soul is more magnificent, beautiful, and gigantic than you can possibly imagine. A human mind can only contain a tiny fraction of what you are. It’s like sticking your finger in a glass of water to see if it’s hot or cold. You put a tiny part of yourself into the vessel, and when you bring it back out, you’ve gained all the experiences it had.

“You’ve been in a human for the last 48 years, so you haven’t stretched out yet and felt the rest of your immense consciousness. If we hung out here for long enough, you’d start remembering everything. But there’s no point to doing that between each life.”

“How many times have I been reincarnated, then?”

“Oh lots. Lots and lots. An in to lots of different lives.” I said. “This time around, you’ll be a Chinese peasant girl in 540 AD.”

“Wait, what?” You stammered. “You’re sending me back in time?”

“Well, I guess technically. Time, as you know it, only exists in your universe. Things are different where I come from.”

“Where you come from?” You said.

“Oh sure,” I explained “I come from somewhere. Somewhere else. And there are others like me. I know you’ll want to know what it’s like there, but honestly you wouldn’t understand.”

“Oh,” you said, a little let down. “But wait. If I get reincarnated to other places in time, I could have interacted with myself at some point.”

“Sure. Happens all the time. And with both lives only aware of their own lifespan you don’t even know it’s happening.”

“So what’s the point of it all?”

“Seriously?” I asked. “Seriously? You’re asking me for the meaning of life? Isn’t that a little stereotypical?”

“Well it’s a reasonable question,” you persisted.

I looked you in the eye. “The meaning of life, the reason I made this whole universe, is for you to mature.”

“You mean mankind? You want us to mature?”

“No, just you. I made this whole universe for you. With each new life you grow and mature and become a larger and greater intellect.”

“Just me? What about everyone else?”

“There is no one else,” I said. “In this universe, there’s just you and me.”

You stared blankly at me. “But all the people on earth…”

“All you. Different incarnations of you.”

“Wait. I’m everyone!?”

“Now you’re getting it,” I said, with a congratulatory slap on the back.

“I’m every human being who ever lived?”

“Or who will ever live, yes.”

“I’m Abraham Lincoln?”

“And you’re John Wilkes Booth, too,” I added.

“I’m Hitler?” You said, appalled.

“And you’re the millions he killed.”

“I’m Jesus?”

“And you’re everyone who followed him.”

You fell silent.

“Every time you victimized someone,” I said, “you were victimizing yourself. Every act of kindness you’ve done, you’ve done to yourself. Every happy and sad moment ever experienced by any human was, or will be, experienced by you.”

You thought for a long time.

“Why?” You asked me. “Why do all this?”

“Because someday, you will become like me. Because that’s what you are. You’re one of my kind. You’re my child.”

“Whoa,” you said, incredulous. “You mean I’m a god?”

“No. Not yet. You’re a fetus. You’re still growing. Once you’ve lived every human life throughout all time, you will have grown enough to be born.”

“So the whole universe,” you said, “it’s just…”

“An egg.” I answered. “Now it’s time for you to move on to your next life.”

And I sent you on your way.

"Try with all your might and work very, very hard to make the world a better place. But if all your efforts are to no avail -- no hard feelings."

True Beauty

‎"Beauty appears when something is completely and absolutely and openly itself." - Deena Metzger, "Entering the Ghost River"

Joseph Campbell

Computers are like Old Testament gods; lots of rules and no mercy.

Find a place inside where there’s joy, and the joy will burn out the pain.
Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were only walls.
Is the system going to flatten you out and deny you your humanity, or are you going to be able to make use of the system to the attainment of human purposes?

I don’t believe people are looking for the meaning of life as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive.

I think the person who takes a job in order to live – that is to say, for the money – has turned himself into a slave.
Your life is the fruit of your own doing. You have no one to blame but yourself.

What each must seek in his life never was on land or sea. It is something out of his own unique potentiality for experience, something that never has been and never could have been experienced by anyone else.

When people get married because they think it’s a long-time love affair, they’ll be divorced very soon, because all love affairs end in disappointment.
Marriage is a recognition of a spiritual identity.
When you make the sacrifice in marriage, you’re sacrificing not to each other but to unity in a relationship.

Life is without meaning. You bring the meaning to it. The meaning of life is whatever you ascribe it to be. Being alive is the meaning.
The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are. Participate joyfully in the sorrows of the world. We cannot cure the world of sorrows, but we can choose to live in joy.

Myths are public dreams, dreams are private myths.

Good Life

“I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life's greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. As simplistic as this may sound, it is still the common denominator separating those who live their dreams from those who live in regret.”

Live

“You are not here merely to make a living. You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to enrich the world and you impoverish yourself if you forget the errand”

Balanced Ego

“A healthy, balanced ego expression allows you to perceive a true picture of yourself and builds a solid foundation of security. A balanced ego expression would mean appreciating yourself not just when things are going well, but especially at those times when you slip backward. Appreciate yourself for whatever progress you've made, then use that energy of appreciation to move forward. To dwell in poor-me attitudes or pitiful feelings is inverted vanity. It's a convenient hiding place, but it's still vanity. You can waste enormous amounts of energy in inverted vanity, creating reasons why you or others are to be blamed for something that happened that left you feeling victimized and powerless.”

"Take time to stop and smell the flowers," says an old homily. Albert Hoffman, the Swiss scientist who discovered LSD and lived to age 102, had a different approach. "Take the time to stop and be the flowers," he said.

That's my advice to you. Don't just set aside a few stolen moments to sniff the snapdragons, taste the rain, chase the wind, watch the hummingbirds, and listen to a friend. Use your imagination to actually be the snapdragons and rain and wind and hummingbirds and friend. Don't just behold the Other; become the Other.

Chief Seattle's Letter

Chief Seattle's Letter To All
THE PEOPLE
Chief Seattle, Chief of the Suquamish Indians allegedly wrote to the American Government in the 1800's - In this letter he gave the most profound understanding of God in all Things. Here is his letter, which should be instilled in the hearts and minds of every parent and child in all the Nations of the World:

CHIEF SEATTLE'S LETTER

"The President in Washington sends word that he wishes to buy our land. But how can you buy or sell the sky? the land? The idea is strange to us. If we do not own the freshness of the air and the sparkle of the water, how can you buy them?

Every part of the earth is sacred to my people. Every shining pine needle, every sandy shore, every mist in the dark woods, every meadow, every humming insect. All are holy in the memory and experience of my people.

We know the sap which courses through the trees as we know the blood that courses through our veins. We are part of the earth and it is part of us. The perfumed flowers are our sisters. The bear, the deer, the great eagle, these are our brothers. The rocky crests, the dew in the meadow, the body heat of the pony, and man all belong to the same family.

The shining water that moves in the streams and rivers is not just water, but the blood of our ancestors. If we sell you our land, you must remember that it is sacred. Each glossy reflection in the clear waters of the lakes tells of events and memories in the life of my people. The water's murmur is the voice of my father's father.

The rivers are our brothers. They quench our thirst. They carry our canoes and feed our children. So you must give the rivers the kindness that you would give any brother.

If we sell you our land, remember that the air is precious to us, that the air shares its spirit with all the life that it supports. The wind that gave our grandfather his first breath also received his last sigh. The wind also gives our children the spirit of life. So if we sell our land, you must keep it apart and sacred, as a place where man can go to taste the wind that is sweetened by the meadow flowers.

Will you teach your children what we have taught our children? That the earth is our mother? What befalls the earth befalls all the sons of the earth.

This we know: the earth does not belong to man, man belongs to the earth. All things are connected like the blood that unites us all. Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.

One thing we know: our God is also your God. The earth is precious to him and to harm the earth is to heap contempt on its creator.

Your destiny is a mystery to us. What will happen when the buffalo are all slaughtered? The wild horses tamed? What will happen when the secret corners of the forest are heavy with the scent of many men and the view of the ripe hills is blotted with talking wires? Where will the thicket be? Gone! Where will the eagle be? Gone! And what is to say goodbye to the swift pony and then hunt? The end of living and the beginning of survival.

When the last red man has vanished with this wilderness, and his memory is only the shadow of a cloud moving across the prairie, will these shores and forests still be here? Will there be any of the spirit of my people left?

We love this earth as a newborn loves its mother's heartbeat. So, if we sell you our land, love it as we have loved it. Care for it, as we have cared for it. Hold in your mind the memory of the land as it is when you receive it. Preserve the land for all children, and love it, as God loves us.

As we are part of the land, you too are part of the land. This earth is precious to us. It is also precious to you.

One thing we know - there is only one God. No man, be he Red man or White man, can be apart. We ARE all brothers after all."

A NOTE FROM THE UNIVERSE

What will it take for you
to begin having fulltime faith that there does indeed exist, a magical Universe that is, at this very moment, conspiring on your behalf?

How about your ability to read my thoughts, right now, by deciphering these little black squiggles on this book's page?

How about the fact that right now, billions of atoms and cells are busy whirling about,
while holding you together?

How about the fact that your heart has beat some 22 times, without your help, since you began
reading this page?

How about all the lucky coincidences and happy accidents that have brought you friends who now love you and adventures to thrill, with more of both on the horizon?

How about the fact that the sun rose this morning, so that you might have another day, in paradise?

Butterflies, moths, hummingbirds, and bats love to drink the nectar that flowers offer. In return, these pollinators are expected to get some pollen stuck on their bodies and carry it away to fertilize other plants.

While the nectar is tasty, it's usually not pure sweetness. If it were, the first pollinator to come along would suck it all dry, leaving nothing for further visitors. And that wouldn't be good from the plant's point of view, because it would limit the number of places where its pollen would be disseminated.

To keep nectar-drinking sessions short, therefore, most plants include a touch of bitterness in the blend.

Bit like life really aint it!!!if we had everything we wanted all in one moment, or in one fulfilling ambition, we'd never seek further...but we continue to look and discover more...and more, and this is the beauty of Life...

The Shadow Effect

"If our shadows could talk,
They would tell us...

That we are as precious as a million pounds of gold...
That our brightest light can shine only when we have accepted our darkness...
That there is wisdom in every wound...
That there is a greater future waiting for us...
That we are children of God and have a right to be here...
That we were all created equal...
That our pain is not personal but belongs to every man and woman alive...
That Life is a magical journey of making Peace
With both our Humanity and our Divinity...

It would tell us that we deserve better...
That we matter...
That we are more powerful than we ever dreamed possible...
And that there's a light at the end of the tunnel...
That there is nobody in the world quite like you...

What if you knew in every cell of your body,
That you were living a Divine Plan...
A Plan so important, and vital for the evolution of humankind...

What if you knew that everything that was happening right now,
That doesn't fit your ego ideal,
Is happening to support you in stepping out of the smallness
Of your darkest thoughts...
And into the brilliance of your biggest Dream"

2012

It's Already December 21, 2012

(excerpted from the revised and expanded edition of Pronoia Is the Antidote for Paranoia)

Many visionaries and prophets expect there to be a huge and sudden shift in the world's story sometime soon. Whether it happens on December 21, 2012 or a later date, a sizable proportion of them even predict that it will be "in the twinkling of an eye" -- a sudden cascade of events that completely changes everything everywhere.

Some paint the scenario in broad, catastrophic strokes, expecting something -- they're not sure what -- that will have the impact of a large meteor strike or nuclear war or pandemic disease. Others harbor a more benign but equally fuzzy expectation, speculating that maybe some higher psychic powers will kick in to the multitudes all at once, or that benevolent extraterrestrials will arrive to solve our energy crisis.

What very few of the prophets do, however, is make a precise prediction about exactly what will happen. Their visions contain no assurances, no specifics. And in my view, that's worse than useless. It fills us with a vague buzz of fear or amorphous sense of hope, but offers no concrete directions about what to do to prevent the dreaded thing or help create the hoped-for thing.

And the fact is, as I see it, they can't possibly know what the Big Shift is -- if, that is, a Big Shift is really looming. The very nature of any Big Shift will be so unexpected, so beyond our imaginations, and so utterly alien to what we understand, that we can't possibly delineate its contours in advance.

I'm reminded of Jung's formula, which is that we don't so much solve our problems as we outgrow them. We add capacities and experiences that eventually make us bigger than the problems.

This theory can be applied in reverse: If we have not yet grown wiser than our current predicament, then we can't see what the evolved state is beyond the predicament. Our minds are as-yet incapable of embodying the vision that will catapult us beyond the problem we're stuck in.

When the Big Shift comes, whether or not it comes in the twinkling of an eye, it will be something that no one foresaw, let alone described in detail. It will be beyond our comprehension, unlike anything we could have visualized headed our way. (Thirty years ago, did anyone imagine the Internet or the impact it's having?)

And if that's true, then the inescapable conclusion is: There's no use trying to plan ahead for it. It's counterproductive to hold a particular scenario in our mind as the likely development. And it's downright crazy to harbor a chronic sense of dread about an unknowable, unimaginable series of events.

The best way to prepare for a Big Shift is to cultivate mental and emotional states that ripen us to be ready for anything:

* a commitment to not getting lost inside our own heads;

* a strategy to avoid being enthralled with the hypnotic lure of painful emotions, past events, and worries about the future;

* a trust in empirical evidence over our time-worn beliefs and old habits;

* a talent for turning up our curiosity full blast and tuning in to the raw truth of every moment with our beginner's mind fully engaged;

* and an eagerness to dwell gracefully in the midst of all the interesting questions that tease and teach us.

Everything I just described also happens to be an excellent way to prime yourself for a chronic, low-grade, always-on, simmering-at-low-heat brand of ecstasy -- a state of being more-or-less permanently in the Tao, in the groove, in the zone.

LEO NEW MOON 2010

“We need less posturing and more genuine charisma. Charisma was originally a religious term, meaning "of the spirit" or "inspired." It's about letting God's light shine through us. It's about a sparkle in people that money can't buy. It's an invisible energy with visible effects. To let go, to just love, is not to fade into the wallpaper. Quite the contrary, it's when we truly become bright. We're letting our own light shine.” ~ Marianne Williamson

“You can measure the impeccability of your word by your level of self-love. How much you love yourself and how you feel about yourself is directly proportionate to the quality and integrity of your word. When you are impeccable with your word, you feel good; you feel happy and at peace. You can transcend the dream of hell just by making the agreement to be impeccable with your word. Right now I am planting that seed in your mind. Whether or not the seed grows depends upon how fertile your mind is for the seeds of love. It is up to you to make this agreement with yourself: I am impeccable with my word. Nurture this seed, and as it grows in your mind, it will generate more seeds of love to replace the seeds of fear. This first agreement will change the kind of seeds your mind is fertile for.” ~ Don Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. Hate multiplies hate, violence multiplies violence, and toughness multiplies toughness in a descending spiral of destruction....The chain reaction of evil--hate begetting hate, wars producing more wars--must be broken, or we shall be plunged into the dark abyss of annihilation.” ~ Martin Luther King, Jr, Speech 1963

Even if you don't call yourself an artist, you have the potential to be a dynamic creator who is always hatching new plans, coming up with fresh ideas, and shifting your approach to everything you do as you adjust to life's ceaseless invitation to change.

It's to this part of you -- the restless, inventive spirit -- that I address the following: Unleash yourself! Don't be satisfied with the world the way it is; don't sit back passively and blankly complain about the dead weight of the mediocre status quo. Instead, call on your curiosity and charisma and expressiveness and lust for life as you tinker with and rebuild everything you see so that it's in greater harmony with the laws of love and more hospitable to your soul's code.

Let Go

“If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond
your ego and the internal dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the
need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge. Those
are the three things the ego is doing all the time. It's very important
to be aware of them every time they come up.”

A course in Miracles

The Essence

A true Lover doesn't follow any one religion,
be sure of that.
Since in the religion of Love,
there is no irreverence or faith.
When in Love,
body, mind, heart and soul don't even exist.
Become this,
fall in Love,
and you will not be separated again.

Love Said to Me

I worship the moon.
Tell me of the soft glow of a
candle light
and the sweetness of my moon.

Don't talk about sorrow,
tell me of that treasure,
hidden if it is to you,
then just remain silent.

Last night
I lost my grip on reality
and welcomed insanity.
Love
saw me and said,
I showed up.
Wipe you tears
and be silent.

I said, O Love
I am frightened,
but it's not you.
Love said to me,
there is nothing that is not me.
be silent.

I will whisper secrets in your ear
just nod yes
and be silent.

A soul moon
appeared in the path of my heart.
How precious is this journey.

I said, O Love
what kind of moon is this?
Love said to me,
this is not for you to question.
be silent.

I said, O Love
what kind of face is this,
angelic, or human?
Love said to me,
this is beyond anything that you know.
Be silent.

I said, please reveal this to me
I am dying in anticipation.
Love said to me,
that is where I want you:
Always on the edge,
be silent.
You dwell in this hall of
images and illusions,
leave this house now
and be silent.

I said, O Love,
tell me this:
Does the Lord know you are
treating me this way?
Love said to me,
yes He does,
just be totally…
totally… silent

Our Conversation on Love

Sol Villarroel: you can analyse and theorise, intellectualise and spiritualise.....any 'ise'........all roads lead back to love!

Lucy Arnott: all ya need is love...da da da da da! ♥

Sol Villarroel: yeah I was just singing that! But I just realised how mis-used or over-used the word "LOVE" has been in the english language. And because of this it has, for many people, a fluffy, 'sweet and nice' tone to it. I'm not talking about that kind of love...that's too superficial. I'm talking about the real, straight to the core, no fluff no bullshit love that forms the whole purpose of our existence!

Lucy Arnott: i understand... like David Icke said :" Love is the only truth, everything else is illusion"....

Very over used... we can confuse the word alot... i think the word God has the same thing going on too...

Sol Villarroel: yeah definitely! I can see that about the word "God' as well.....it just loses it's depth of meaning and potency when the word gets said so much in so many dfferent contexts. We become desensitised to the true meaning of such profound and powerful words when the word gets thrown around flippantly and at the drop of a hat. It's human nature to get desensitised and numb to repetitive things me thinks!

Lucy Arnott: yeah totally Soli... HUMAN Nature!... vibrating at low frequencies...I do like though, that there is awareness among some of us at some times, that there is more, much more than we can even comprehend or imagine. and that there is always space and opportunities to remove the bullshit layers we keep around our hearts and spirits-so we can move towards better, cleaner, more joyfull existance's... in a place that we can call Love and surround by God...:) ha haXXX

Amber Mackenzie: Im stealing that. Gold.

Sol Villarroel:There's always hope...absolutely! And lots of work for all of us to do. I reckon the trick is to maintain deep self-awareness, to cultivate that and to also stop procrastinating and get active in DOING that self-development/spiritual work. That's my purpose in life. To know my self and in that way, learn and know and share love and as you say Lucy, exist in a cleaner more joyful, harmonious way

Diana's Song

When I was a little butterfly, I wasn't off to the best start
I flew right into a big wet puddle and would not have gotten far
Little wings stuck to the pavement amidst pedestrians and cars
But you smiled and picked me up cause that's the way you are
That's the way you are
Well you took me in and dried me off and I wondered what I did
To deserve a spot in your loving heart, now you're never getting rid of me

And I could search the whole wide world until my feet hurt
For a friend like you
And I could make it a full time task, I don't think anyone would pass
Cause I love you more than I could ever sing
More than most anything

Winter, spring, summer, fall, tupperware, and fudge
And your little butterfly flew crooked but you loved me just as much
And you said, "Take my love with you, this will always be your home
You may flutter off in crooked flight, but you will never be alone"

And I know I would have to search the whole wide world until my feet hurt
For a friend like you
And I could make it a full time task, I don't think anyone would pass
Cause I love you more than I could ever sing
More than most anything

Well maybe one day I'll be famous and maybe one day I'll be rich
And I will buy you a mansion and some German kitchen knives
But just in case that doesn't happen, I wrote this song here to remind you
Of how very much I love you, so let me tell you one more time

I know that I would have to search the whole wide world until my feet hurt
For a friend like you
And I could make it a full time task, I don't think anyone would pass
Cause I love you more than I could ever sing
More than most anything
More than most anything
More than most anything

Do Your Good Thing

I'm putting out a call to the rebel in your heart -- not the cranky, vindictive rebel in your mind, but the joyful, yearning rebel in your heart. I am asking this tender renegade to rise up against narcissistic behavior wherever you find it. Don't shout it down or try to shame it, though; rather, work around it through outrageous displays of empathy and radical acts of compassion and feisty outbreaks of wild kindness. Your job, is to be a one-person wrecking crew devoted to smashing the boring inertia of egotism with your zealous concern for the good of all.

What you love is what YOU are.
That's why you love.
Simple, but not easy.

Begin a New

Stop turning on your emotional television to watch the same program over and over again, the one that shows how much you suffered from a certain loss: that is only poisoning you, nothing else.

Light to the world

"You are the light of the world. You are the consciousness that
illuminates the world. Know yourself as that, and that's freedom,
liberation, awakening, the end of suffering and madness. And it's
happening right here."

The Transpersonal

If we once admit that we are spiritual beings, then the whole game takes another turn. Instead of patching wrecks, or even realizing potentials, we are dismantling the barriers which are keeping us away from the divine. That which seperates us from our spiritual centre has to be questioned, seen through and transformed.

Beyond Illusion and Into Grace

Beyond Illusion and into Grace Beloved Ones, at this time we would speak a little about the present shifts in perception that you face as you embrace the Diamond Light and allow youtselves to release illusions and center yourselves in your personal truth.

We know that you have come to understand the nature of quantum reality and the illusionary basis of all reality in a Holographic Universe or Multiverse.Yet, there are choices to be made as to whether a particular illusion has validity in your Personal Reality Creation or that of the Collective as we move forward into the Higher Dimensions.

There are times, Beloveds, when illusion can become delusion, as you move away from your center to embrace the prepackaged ideas and illusions of others. The Diamond Light will assist you to see where you may be doing this.

In Planetary or Collective terms, this is done when you allow yourselves to be manipulated by the media. Your media serves to manipulate emotions on the lower frequencies of fear and anger in order to create illusions of lack and insecurity and hostility that become "reality" and prevent Humanity from experiencing the truth of their interconnection and unity, and from expressing that as Harmony. And so, often many of you respond to Planetary crises on the lower frequencies of anger and fear and so create separation, rather than rising to the Heart frequency and creating Unity and Creative Solutions.

On the Personal level, moving beyond illusions means being able to distinguish between lower frequency emotional patterns that create fear and anger and manipulation, and the Higher Dimensional impulses from the Higher Self that produce creative solutions and interpersonal harmony and creativity. This means also, dear ones, to be able to see and feel when you are not living your life with Passion, Integrity, and Commitment, and when you have alloweed yourself to fall into delusions and the pre-packaged ideas of others.

Personal Truth and Integrity are the result of the Alignment and Harmonization of the all the levels of your Being - Body, Soul and Spirit. When these aspects of Self are not aligned, there is inner chaos and inner fragmentation that often produces apathy, detachment and depression, as well a tendency to fall into delusions. However, when these aspects align, the Higher aspects fill the lower aspects with the fiery passion of Spirit and the creative power is intensified and magnified many times. The flow of energy releases powerful creative potential that in turn creates powerful personal manifestation on the Earth plane.

This state of alignment of which we speak, is also known as the "state of Grace". When you are in this alignment, the flow of Divine Love and Cosmic Fire moves freely from Heaven to Earth, and you become the conduit for Manifestation and Miracles according to the unfolding blessings of Divine Grace.

The state of Grace is achieved when all delusions are released and you live in absolute integrity with the impulses from Spirit and the Higher Self. In accepting this level of Self as the Creative Source of Life, the Lower Levels are aligned as receptacles for Divine Love and Grace and Bliss. But, this energy is Creative and Expressive and seeks to be shared in relationships, connections, projects, creations and dreams! Once it begins to flow, it must be shared creatively or it will "blow" some of your new Light Body wiring. The wiring is designed for Connection and Collective experience, as you become aware that in the Fifth Dimensional New Earth, the "I" is only in a state of Grace when connected to a "We" as a Creative Partner and a Dynamic Source of Light and Love!

Time to Wake

I’m dreaming of tomorrow,
That will become my today,
Of beauty, love and adventure,
A life of come what may.

My perception of life is ever changing,
Like the waves of the deep blue sea,
Today what dream will I dream?
What opportunities will I draw to me?

Sometimes I sleepwalk around this place,
Without looking where I wonder,
Though I might stumble and fall,
If I spend too long a time to ponder.

I think God lives in every moment,
Some kind of universal law,
No need to really control too much,
Just a matter of opening the right door.

So I gotta trust that I can wake,
Wake up to the abundance of Love,
Cease sleeping by the open door,
Open my eyes to what’s given freely from above.

Synchrodestiny

From the moment we become aware of the world around us, we begin to wonder about our place within it. The questions we ask are timeless: Why am I here? How do I fit into the scheme of things? What is my destiny? As children, we tend to think of the future as a clean sheet of paper upon which we can write our own stories. The possibilities seem endless, and we are energized by the promise of discovery and the sheer pleasure of living immersed in so much potential. But as we grow up, become adults, and are "educated" about our limitations, our view of the future becomes constricted. What once lifted our imaginations now weighs us down with dread and anxiety. What once felt boundless becomes narrow and dark.

There is a way to regain the soaring joy of unlimited potential. All that is required is an understanding of the true nature of reality, a willingness to recognize the interrelatedness and inseparability of all things. Then, aided by specific techniques, you will find the world opening up to you, and the good luck and opportunities that popped up every once in a while will occur more and more frequently. How powerful is synchrodestiny? Imagine for a moment that you find yourself with a flashlight in your hand in a room that is totally dark. You turn on the flashlight and see a beautiful painting hanging on the wall. You might think, "Sure, this is a wonderful work of art, but is this all there is?" Then, all at once, the room becomes illuminated from above. You look around and see that you are in an art museum, with hundreds of paintings on the walls around you, each more beautiful than the last. As these possibilities stand revealed to you, you realize you have a lifetime of art to study and love. You are no longer constrained to view just one painting lit by the weak glow of your flashlight.

This is the promise of synchrodestiny. It turns on the lights. It gives us the ability to make real decisions instead of blind guesses as we move forward in our lives. It allows us to see meaning in the world, to understand the connectedness or synchronicity of all things, to choose the kind of life we want to live, and to fulfill our spiritual journey. With synchrodestiny, we gain the ability to transform our lives according to our intentions.
